Veea Inc. has announced the accessibility of their Virtual Trusted Private Network (vTPN) service, which is secured by Privafy.
FREMONT, CA: Veea Inc. is an innovator in smart edge connectivity and computing. The company has announced the launch of their Virtual Trusted Private Network (vTPN) service, which is secured by Privafy. VeeaHub Smart Edge Nodes are fully incorporated with Privafys data-in-motion security application to provide a full spectrum of protection versus the cyberattacks, unauthorized access and intrusion, malware, and DOS/DDOS attacks, malicious service interruption, ransomware, and botnets.
The abrupt and substantial change in the remote work in 2020 has improved the security risks and developed the requirement to create a distributed security perimeter that present solutions do not adequately address. This new category of security solutions offers proactive edge-to-edge security for data-in-motion amongst enterprise data centers, remote workers, public cloud service, and satellite offices.

vTPN addresses the security and connectivity requirement of organizations that lack dedicated IT resources, like SMBs and SMEs. These businesses need a cost-efficient solution to secure and relate to endpoint devices like laptops, servers, smartphones, tablets, peripherals, IoT sensors, and business applications.
“We have been working with Privafy since 2019 and as a result, our vTPN solution provides one of the most advanced edge security solutions in the industry. We are currently in customer trials that require enterprise-network access from headquarters, remote branch offices, home offices, and mobile devices on public cellular networks,” said Allen Salmasi, CEO of Veea. “vTPN is a great example of how Veea Edge Nodes integrate network and server functionality with third party applications to offer unique, high-performance solutions which are easy to deploy, manage and maintain at the device edge of the network.”
Today, enterprise networks make use of the distinct point solutions for encryption, routing, remote access, firewalls, DDoS, SD-WAN, VPN, and intrusion detection/prevention systems that are challenging to apply and manage. The result is a complicated array of costly solutions to purchase, operate, and maintain, and it does not always encounter the security requirement. In contrast, the vTPN solution merges with the Privafy’s cloud-based software and VeeaHub Smart Edge Nodes into a single product that provides security along with variable and robust networking and server capabilities that are developing essential at the network’s device edge.
