FREMONT, CA: Incident Xpress announces its new cloud-based incident reporting software solution. Denis O’Sullivan, Cora Bolianatz, Danny Oh, and Gerry McCracken formed Incident Xpress in March 2019. All formerly associated with PPM 2000, one of the world’s first commercial incident reporting software firm, they jointly have more than 100 years’ expertise in incident reporting software solutions.

“Our vision for Incident Xpress was to create an incident reporting software solution that is very easy to use and affordable to a broad cross section of corporations, institutions and organizations with emphasis on low overhead costs that in turn translate into low cost to customers,” states Denis O’Sullivan, Managing Director, and Co-Founder, Incident Xpress

Incident Xpress (iX) is a robust, easy to use and inexpensive cloud-based SaaS monitoring solution that is tailored to address the needs of the North American mid-security industry. Upon login, customers have access to standard set-ups for four vertical programs (business, education, healthcare, and hospitality), online assistance within the product, and a help center with guidance and Video tutorials. It is easy to sign up, set up, and install in every major company.

Cora Bolianatz, Marketing Director and Co-Founder, Incident Xpress, adds, “Incident Xpress was not created to compete with the leading incident reporting software companies but rather to complement them. Most of the existing incident management software companies cater to enterprise type companies that are looking for a complex suite of solutions. Incident Xpress is a program for organizations that want to get started quickly and inexpensively with little risk.”

Incident Xpress’s goal is to ease the incident management process by making the incident reporting business the easiest and most straightforward to work with. All the app features and advantages, access to product guides and instructional videos, price, payment scheme, access to a free trial of 30 days, and the option to pay to the program’s trial edition is published on the Event Xpress web page. iX is deemed risk-free since a person will cancel at any time until subscribing. Subscribers are free to upgrade the chosen package on their anniversary day.
