Hornetsecurity has acquired Zerospam, a cloud email protection firm based in Montreal, Canada, after the acquisition of Altaro. 

FREMONT, CA: Hornetsecurity, the largest provider of cloud email security, has made its second acquisition of the year. Following its January acquisition of Altaro, a global backup solution provider, it has now acquired Zerospam, a cloud email protection firm based in Montreal, Canada.

Zerospam is a profitable, fast-growing company that serves over 4,000 small, midsized, and corporate customers worldwide through a network of 400+ partners, mainly in Canada and the United States. It is a recognized pioneer in providing cloud-based email security solutions to the North American SMB industry, assisting businesses in securing their most valuable communication asset and combating cybercrime.
