The providers of industry-specific business software solutions and services, ECI Software Solutions, focus on cloud-based technologies.

FREMONT, CA: Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, ECI Software Solutions, has reported about a new integration between its Macola ERP software and NET1 payment processing solutions. This new release will enable the Macola users to process credit card and ACH payments online, allowing them to streamline operations, enhance data security, and improve customer service.

NET1 is ECI’s approved payment gateway for online credit card and payment processing. NET1’s payment gateway has been of great help to the ECI customers to make the cash flow better. This has helped save $30-$500 per month since 2011. In the 2019 ECI updated NET1 to facilitate reporting on payment transactions throughout locations with the help of single-point access and help secure data from an entire business, rather than by location. Previously the platform has been integrated with ECI’s Advantage, DDMSPLUS, DDMS, e-automate, M1, RockSolid POS, Red Falcon, Spruce, RockSolid MAX, TeamDesign, and JobBOSS software products. Now even the Macola users will be able to enjoy the same benefits to accelerate their eCommerce capabilities and decrease the credit card processing fees.

NET1 saved approximately 35 percent a month on bank fees and credit card fees in comparison to what the amount they had been paying earlier, states Leigh Ann Whitticar, a NET1 user since 2015. They did not have to batch out anymore; it was automatically done with the help of NET1, which made it easier to take care of their month-end reconciliations become so much easier.

According to a Press Release, the President of ECI Manufacturing Division, Matt Heerey, said that their mission is to provide advanced applications to all of their manufacturing customers, which helps them to run and grow their businesses efficiently.  This new integration delivers that promise for Macola users, bestowing them with direct access to a tool that can streamline their accounting and accounts receivable practices, improves their reporting abilities, and increases their data security.
