The acquisition significantly strengthens security integration capabilities throughout the southern and central United States while enhancing cyber security services.

Founded in 1993 and based in Orlando, Fla., Star services consumers via eight offices spread throughout the south and the central United States. The Company delivers cloud-based physical security, IT, and cyber security solutions improved by its industry-leading ION247 Center of Excellence. ION247 provides managed services out of its network operation centre to monitor, maintain proactively, and safeguard clients' IT environment and physical security equipment. Headquartered in Chantilly, Va., CTSI develops, constructs installs, maintains, and manages highly advanced security, fire, nurse call, audiovisual, collaboration, and communication systems.
