Portal and new MSP-specific product updates enable partners to seamlessly manage IT and security for their SMB clients.

Blumira is committed to simplifying SIEM installation and maintenance for MSPs, allowing them to protect better and service their clients. The new MSP Portal enables service managers and helps desk specialists rapidly add and modify customer accounts. In addition, it offers MSPs a comprehensive picture of their customers by business and individual user.

Blumira's platform includes MSP-specific features and additions that facilitate the management, marketing, and sale of security products. This allows MSPs and their clients to get valuable SIEM, detection, and response capabilities with minimal overhead and management.
New email alerting capabilities enable MSPs to scale their security management and streamline the PSA ticketing workflow. Blumira also modified the subject lines of its email notifications, allowing MSPs to assign tickets to specific clients more quickly. PSAs can map Blumira's findings to the correct customer service board by analyzing the topic line. This enables users to identify and deliver Priority 1 threats directly to on-call personnel for triage and speedier threat response outside regular business hours.
Blumira has also released a Partner Marketing Kit to give extra resources to its MSP partners. This kit contains the tools MSPs need to get started and add security to their selling portfolio. This includes "Selling Blumira: A Step-by-Step Guide For MSPs," client case studies, Blumira partner assistance, Blumira compliance guidance, as well as Blumira product slides, data sheets, and videos. These tools simplify for MSPs to learn about security, educate their customers, and promote and sell security without hiring more personnel.
All MSP-owned accounts have new features and resources at no extra cost. This is the first release of Blumira's MSP-specific product roadmap, with subsequent releases of more features expected for the upcoming months and years.
